This state of the art practice and fitness facility is centrally located at Coco's Shopping Centre (next to Zarraffas Coffee) on Gooding Drive Carrara, Gold Coast. The centre is open 7 days a week to facilitate the immediate diagnosis and management of acute back pain and sports injuries promoting optimal healing and rapid return to work or sports.

Physio Wellness Fitness is staffed by qualified physiotherapists, exercise physiologists and sports scientists utilising the most innovative, safe and efficient fitness systems.

HICAPS is available for patients and fitness clients for immediate private health insurance rebates. Workcover, Department of Veteran Affairs, Motor Vehicle Accident and Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) patients are welcome but do require a doctor's referral. No referral required for private patients.
